Regular ice often has a cloudy appearance due to trapped air bubbles and impurities. It might also have a more uneven or rough texture. 

To achieve clarity, we control the freezing process. We’re able to minimize the entrapment of air and impurities, through a slow directional freezing. All good things take time, and we’ve perfected the process.
